How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.

Requirements for Admission

PK3 and PK4  

1. Admissions Application
2. A $75.00 non-refundable application fee
3. A one-on-one Early Childhood screening and a family interview with the Principal and Admissions Team. Students will be invited to shadow for a half-day.
4. Birth Certificate - PLEASE NOTE age requirements - exceptions will not be made: 
   1. PK3 students must be 2.9 years old by August 31st of current school year*(see note below)
   2. PK4 students must be 4 years old by August 31st of current school year
5. Medical Forms and Immunization Records (prior to entrance in September)
6. A $400.00 non-refundable tuition deposit within 2 weeks of acceptance
7. Must be potty trained by start of school

* Please note: If your child is enrolling in our PK3 program as a 2.9 year old, an end of year decision will be made regarding placement for the following year. In some cases, students will be required to repeat the PK3 year. Determinations will be based on the child’s social, emotional, and academic readiness for the PK4 program. Ongoing, frequent parent/teacher communication, conferences, and progress reports will allow parents to track their child’s development throughout the year.

Grades K – 8

1. Admissions Application

3. One-on-one literacy and mathematics assessment
4. Family interview with the Principal and the Admissions Team. Students will be invited to shadow for a day.
5. Birth Certificate - PLEASE NOTE age requirements - exceptions will not be made: 
   1. Kindergarten students must by 5 years old by August 31st of current school year
6. Medical Forms and Immunization Records (prior to entrance in September)
7. A letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor (Grades 4-8).
8. Recent Academic/Standardized test records. Permanent Records from previous school.
9. A list of documented accommodations (ie., IEP, 504, FBA, etc.) for the Admissions Team review and approval.
10. A $400.00 non-refundable tuition deposit within two weeks of acceptance.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
